  • Psychiatrist – Medical doctor who can diagnose and treat with prescription medication.
  • Hypnotherapy – Hypnotherapy uses skilled guided relaxation to help direct a client’s imagination in such a way as to bring about intended changes in sensations, perceptions, feelings, thoughts and behavior. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis; I am your guide along the way.
